                               Advancing in Retreat
Saturday is soon approaching. At this Retreat we are going to have fun but work is the first order of the day.

  Come prepared to
         - listen with an open mind
         - reflect respect when you offer opinions
         - be creative and willing to consider new ideas
         - learn from the work of the Container Teams
         - be committed to reaching consensus

The day will begin with coffee & muffins & mingling

  3. Prioritizing
  4. Adopting the Top Five and Building those Strategies together
  5. Crafting brilliant Mission and Vision statements
  6.  Celebrating your accomplishments with Lunch together.
And, give yourselves a standing ovation.

Following the retreat I will be taking your work and creating the final document for your review at an upcoming Board meeting.

And, then?   You make it work.

You'll need to
  • Align the budget to account for any new strategies
  • Divide the responsibilities for accountabilities.
  • Bask in the glow of finding the right path together.

From the voice of potential new audiences
It may be a surprise but several people I spoke with expressed that they wondered if what they are wearing will be acceptable.   And around the country music concert presenters are finding that true as well.
